FAQ’s

1 . Why Commercial Ghee is cheaper than Ghee made by Bilona Method?

Commercial ghee is cheap because the Ghee is made directly by boiling the cream/butter sourced from not just cow’s milk but from any milk available. 1 litre of cream produces around 750 ml of Ghee. Hence cheap.
On the other hand, the Bilona method is by far the best way Ghee should be made. Bilona method converts A2 milk to curd, churn to extract fresh Makhhan, separate buttermilk, and boil at medium temperature and this retains most of the nutrients needed in Ghee. By far the healthiest method. Your immunity is going to skyrocket. 25–30 litres of milk produces 1 litre of Bilona Ghee. This is the real, desi ghee.

2. What’s the difference between A2 Milk & A1 Milk?

A2 and A1 are the kinds of proteins found in milk. Only Indian Buffalos and few breeds of desi cows give A2 milk which is healthier for the human body. A1 milk is not suitable for us. The Ghee produced from A1 milk is for that reason going to be inferior as compared to the Ghee made from A2 milk.
