Punjabi Churi Ladoo Recipe (Sweet Crumbled Rotis)

Instructions:

  • In parat, add atta and water and knead dough.
  • Prepare fresh roti and roast it well till brown spots appear on both sides.
  • Transfer freshly roti to a parat and crumble roti with hands into small pieces.
  • Add desi ghee & sugar  
  • With your hand give a round shape to ladoo. 
  • Serve the Churi Ladoo immediately 😊
