Ways to use ghee for hair

1. GHEE MASSAGE FOR HAIR GROWTH

Massaging your hair with warm butter will help stimulate blood circulation to the scalp.  This promotes better hair growth as it keeps the hair healthy, thick and long

2. GHEE WITH ALMOND OIL AND LEMON TO FIGHT DANDRUFF

Ghee has a lot of antioxidants.  This helps fight free radicals and other microbial infections.  Hence, it protects you from a dry and itchy scalp caused by moisture loss.Using ghee with almond and lemon keeps dandruff at bay.  Mix 2 tablespoons of clarified butter, 1 teaspoon of almond oil, and a teaspoon of lemon juice.  Apply it to your scalp and let it sit for an hour.  Finally, rinse with a shampoo: experts recommend daily use in summer and twice a week in winter for best results.

3. GHEE WITH OLIVE OIL AS A NATURAL CONDITIONER

Ghee can also act as a natural conditioning agent when used with olive oil.  With regular use, your hair will become smoother and softer.  Mix 2 tablespoons of ghee with one tablespoon of olive oil and apply to your hair.  It also improves your hair texture.  You can also make a conditioner by mixing 3-4 teaspoons of ghee with 1 teaspoon each of aloe vera and olive oil.  Let it sit for a few hours before rinsing it off with a mild shampoo.  This prevents hair from splitting and becoming frizzy.

4. GHEE WITH COCONUT OIL AS A REJUVENATING AGENT

If you are looking for a relaxing massage, look no further than ghee.  Mix ghee with coconut oil in a 3: 1 ratio and apply it slowly to your hair.  Not only does it calm you down, it also brings more blood circulation to your scalp.

5. GHEE AS A HAIR MASK

For people with curly, dry hair, ghee therapy is a great natural remedy: mix a tablespoon of ghee with the same amount of cold-pressed coconut oil.  Apply it as a hair mask all over your hair.  After that, use sulfate free shampoo to wash it off.  This allows more moisture to stay in your hair.  Do this at least once a week for the best results.
